Joe Jackson has been a licensed Realtor since 1979. He is the listing specialist for the team. He also has his BA in Economic Geography from the Ohio State University. He is a proud sponsor of the NCIL and volunteers for the Columbus Public School System. Joe has been involved in hundreds of sales in both the residential and investment market place. His hard work and dedications have earned Joe the Columbus Board of Realtors 25 Million-Dollar Club, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, and the Columbus Board of Realtors volunteer service award. 
Erik Hiss joined us in July 2004. He is a resident of Central Ohio where he grew up in Clintonville and attended Bishop Watterson High School. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Erik’s dedication to his studies, team, and his job taught him the value of hard work along with the importance of working with a team. Erik’s real estate career began when he and a friend bought three houses near the OSU campus to rent out to students. 
Linda Freter is the Lead Transaction Coordinator for The Jackson Team. Her responsibilities include listing all properties and inputting them into the websites, creating the marketing for the homes, processing the contracts from start to finish, coordinating all documents and preparing all transaction details for a smooth closing. Linda has worked for Keller Williams Capital Partners since 2003 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2007. She has lived in Columbus most of her life and dotes heavily on her beautiful little granddaughter.
